In case you are not satisfied with your purchases in fenixvalaisimet.fi, Official Fenix Store at Ahjokatu 13, Jyväskylä, you may exchange or return it for one time for 30 days from the proof of purchase. Items must be sellable.
- We offer 30 days exchange and refund policy (applies to the following on-line stores at fenixvalaisimet.fi, fenixlight.fi, gearkeeper.fi, wildsteer.fi) or Fenix Official Store (Ahjokatu 13, Jyväskylä).
- Return within 30 days from the proof of purchase.
- Return with proof of purchase.
- Item must be unused and unchanged with all original package/labels attached.
- Item can be exchanged to some other similar product within the same category (for example: TK-series flashlight is exchanged to some other model in TK-series).
- If the new item is more expensive than the original item and there is a price difference you may need to pay the difference (more information is provided by Customer Service). If the new item is less expensive than the original item, refund is excluded.
- Item is not listed as an excluded item as outlined below.
- Excluded items: Customized customer items (e.g. laser engraved logos, text etc.,).
- Items which are exchanged under satisfaction quaranteed, excludes further rights of exchange and/or refund.
- Can't find your receipt? A bank statement will be fine. If you don't have that, get in touch and we'll do our best to track it down.
- We reserve rights to invoice postal and handling fee of 20 euros on unfounded returns.

Once received, we'll process the refund within the 30 days. Your refund will be credited back to you in 1-5 days, depending on the payment method used to place your order.
If the item returned does not meet our Returns and Exchange Policy above your order will be sent back to you. Shipping cost is charged.
